• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the Service.
• We are not liable for actions taken on Reddit as a result of AI-generated content provided by the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you post on Reddit.
• We are not liable for disruptions to the Service caused by third-party infrastructure, Reddit API changes, or Anthropic AI service availability.
• Our maximum total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you during that period.

Nothing in these limitations excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All software, design, branding, and original content on this website and platform are the property of RedditSpark. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the Service is prohibited.
