By creating an account or using RedditSpark (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and businesses.

2. Description of Service
RedditSpark is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses discover relevant Reddit conversations, score them by engagement potential, and generate context-aware replies using artificial intelligence. Features include:
- AI-driven Reddit post discovery and relevance scoring
- AI-generated reply drafts for Reddit conversations
- Business profile creation and management
- Lead capture and communication tools (Enterprise plan)
- Analytics and engagement tracking
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using RedditSpark, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately via our Contact Us page if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or restrictions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service, rules, or community guidelines
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to Reddit users
- Post misleading, false, or deceptive content on Reddit
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from Reddit beyond what is permitted by Reddit's API terms
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice or refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
RedditSpark uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to post any AI-generated reply on Reddit.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or compliance of AI-generated content with Reddit rules or applicable laws.
- Posting AI-generated content on Reddit is your responsibility and must comply with Reddit's policies on AI-generated content.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days via our Contact Us page.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Free Trial: Free trial accounts are limited to one per person or business. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The RedditSpark platform, branding, software, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of your business profile information and any content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.
Reddit content: Reddit posts and comments discovered through our Service are owned by their respective authors and subject to Reddit's terms. We do not claim ownership over Reddit content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, lead generation, or revenue from using RedditSpark.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RedditSpark and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedditSpark and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
